Hi, I’m Mike.

I am a millennial gay living on the coast of Maine with my fiancé Mark. Together, we embark on some pretty cool travel, often hitting up gay campgrounds and resorts along with all of the gay events throughout the year.

This is our journal. Our thoughts on the places we venture to, stories of our life, and more. Unfiltered. Just the way we like it. Life is too short for perfected curation, so spill the tea when you can and be perfectly imperfect.

Yes, you’ve likely seen me around. That was then, this is now.

I like my independence these days. I hate the media landscape that is today so I’ve worked hard to scrub that from my past, but BECAUSE MY AGENCY suggest I showcase this, here is where you may have seen me in 2000’s and 2010’s.

Cool destinations.

Every destination is opportunity to live authentically. You can find us mostly at Twin Ponds Lodge in Maine, but we’re frequent flyers to many gay campgrounds and Provincetown during the summer months to shredding the gnar with the gays during the winter.

Mike valletta live

It’s almost live. This is where you’ll get live blog updates while on location or any of my thoughts in real time. It’s like social media, but not social media and way more intimate.

Because sometimes, I’ve got a whole lot more to say and the algorithms do a shitty job of making sure content gets in front of you.
